This 2006 Carvin Contour 66 was presented to me in August of 2006, almost 3 months to the day after
my beloved son Nelson passed away. It was created as a living memorial tribute to Nelson Skyler (using his favorite color;
it was built without my knowledge until the presentation) and is a deeply moving gesture from all my extended loving family
at Carvin and the Carvin Museum Forums. Nelson would be proud of this Carvin tribute that bears his name and will
be used to entertain countless others with my music.
