tech manufacturer. Plan included long and short-term projects aimed at increasing throughput and the value of equity. Created
a long and short-term strategic vision for a land developer wishing to expand its scope of operations into vacation ownership,
new home building and brokerage, and resorts. Outsource versus perform in-house and lease versus buy decisions, as well as
cash flow requirements were paid particular attention. Developed a general office downsizing policy for a large furniture
retailer. Redrew organization chart. Optimized workflow in distribution through the use of network modeling. Redefined general
office job descriptions. Created a detailed systems implementation plan to increase productivity and save the client millions
of dollars based upon popular valuation techniques.

Analyzed trends in Western European consumer
behavior to evaluate the potential of interactive media products such as CD ROMs and Internet services. Sources used included
government statistical studies, periodicals, industry sources, Internet web-sites, and TV shows. Markets were quantified
based upon spending, demographics and current media pricing models. Presented findings to Microsoft management in an eight
hour symposium which included the unveiling of an Intranet web-site (within Microsoft's proprietary network) where the data
of the study is available online to Microsoft product planners.
