Misty Mountain Hop
Wherein a young man & his dogs go for a walk in the woods, and then proceed to tell you all about it—at least that's the plan.

Music In My Head

Yeah, just one song. What can I say?

Well, never mind all the things I could say. I'm not saying any of them. Watch this instead. And laugh. Thanks to Jon for the link.

Want a Good Scare?

Read these candidates' views. One of them will be my next Congressperson.

Note that the most sensible views are held by a car salesman.

Our current Congressperson, who makes George Bush look like a hippie by comparison, is running for the Senate seat vacated by John Edwards. Fortunately, the whole state gets to vote on that one.

Of course, North Carolina tends to vote conservatively. If the whole country voted as this state does, we'd be approaching the end of the second term of the Bob Dole administration.

And slavery would probably still be legal.
