• Rentals are for a minimum of one week, generally from Saturday to Saturday. On occasion, adjustments can be made.
• On stays of less than one month, one half of total is due to hold reservation.  Remainder is due 60 days in advance of arrival. 
• If reservation is made less than one week in advance, and if payment is by check, reservation may be secured via Paypal pending receipt of cash upon arrival.
• On stays of more than one month, one month plus security deposit and cleaning fees are due to hold reservation.   Each month or part of the month is due 15 days before the end of the month.

Cancellations/Changes/Early Departures/Last Minute Booking:

• Refunds will only be issued, minus a 15% rebooking fee, if cancellation is received 30 days prior to booking.
• No refunds or credits for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival unless the property is rebooked.
