Notes:

1.  Availability of all stations impacted by time-outs for other frequencies, nets, and/or schedules.

2.  FUNCTION shall be in accordance with NTS Digital Guidelines, Sec lll, para B1 & B2.

3.  Digital Relay Stations (DRS) without HF frequency data listed are part-time and are available as needed, requested, or pre-scheduled.

4.  Interim updates shall be timely reflected on http://home.earthlink.net/~bscottmd/n_t_s_d.htm

5.  Offset will depend upon the manufacturer of TNC used:  With a KAM, with HF tones on, offset = +2.0; with a PK232, offset = +2.11; with a SCS, offset = +1.5 (sysop selected Mark Tone); with MFJ, offset = +1.6.  Note that the accuracy of any offset will be dependant on calibration of the radio and TNC being utilized and may require +/- tweaking.  Airmail will normally calculate the dial frequency for you and display it in the lower right corner of the terminal window.
