You can obtain Might of Arms directly from the author for $15 per copy plus shipping costs.

Copies of Might of Arms will not be shipped between the dates of July 22 and August 5, 2008.

Shipping Costs Within the United States

Media Mail (usually 5-10 days transit) costs $3.00 for one copy.
Add $0.50 for each additional copy up to a total of 10 copies.
Please email for quotes on Media Mail for more than 10 copies.
Example: If you order 6 copies, your cost is $95.50 ($90 + $3.00 + $2.50).

Priority Mail (2-3 days transit) is $5.50 for one copy or $6.50 for two copies.
Please email for quotes on Priority Mail for more than 2 copies.

Shipping Costs to Canada

Air Mail to Canada (usually 4-7 days) is $5.50 for one copy or $6.50 for two copies.
Please email for quotes on Air Mail to Canada for more than two copies.

Shipping Costs to Other Countries

Please email for quotes on cost of shipping outside of the USA and Canada.
Example: The postage cost for one copy Air Mail to Great Britain is $10.00
