Recently I have picked up marquetry...which is the correct name for the art of making pictures
out of thin veeneers of wood. Since I actually have more experience with wood than even painting, and since
my hard edge geometric style lends itself quite redily to this process, and also since I always wanted to try it...I felt
I would add it to my list of mediums. Since I also like designing and building furniture, I now plan on incorporating
this new craft of mine to further embelish what I will build.
