Dear Residents of the 83rd Assembly
District,
My name
is Trevor Archer
and I am running for the New York State Assembly in the 83rd AD.
For some, this is an introduction, but to many, this is just another
friendly greeting.
I'm a
long time resident
of the Bronx. I attended P.S. 16, Mt. St. Michael Academy and the State University of New York at
Old
Westbury, where I earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Management.
I understand the problems
and struggles of the district. I'm a
community oriented individual who has had the pleasure of working with
our public schools and the community. I've also worked with and served
as the 2nd Vice President for the Community Education Council. The
Councils were designed to ensure that parents have a voice and are able
to provide hands-on leadership and support for our public schools.
We in the 83rd AD need to
fill our community with more resources, ideas
and programs for our children. We also need to have the support and
direction of our community leaders, mentors and parents.
In conclusion, I am
someone whose priorities are to the district and
not to any one particular party or group of people. I will represent
everyone , and most importantly: I am an independent voice. I've
launched this campaign to enact change and get results. Together, I believe, we
can make a difference.
