Return Goods Policy

All returns must be shipped back pre-paid. Brix Enterprise will not be responsible for damage of returned freight. It will be your responsibility to check with your shipper, and insure for damage. Only returns in original packaging will be accepted. Refunds are based on the lowest price of product unless accompanied with original shipping invoice.
NO SHIPPING CHARGES ARE REFUNDED.
Only the price of the product. All items are subject to a 20% return charge. Returns after 30 days are subject to a 25% return charge. Additional charges may be incurred if item is not resalable. Sale items are sold as is and no returns are allowed.

Defective Electrical Items

Electrical items are not returnable. Electrical items may be warranted by the factory for replacement or repair. Please contact us in regard to replacement or repair. For faster service on such items we suggest returning directly to the manufacturer.

Core Charge Information

Core charges will be added to cost on exchange items and credited to customer when old unit is returned. All cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive full credit. Cores returned after 30 days will be considered excess cores. Any unit returned for core credit must be complete and not disassembled. Units that are rusty, frozen, or cannot be rebuilt will be classified as junk, NO VALUE. All cores must be returned freight prepaid.

The following charges will apply to missing starter and generator parts in most cases:
Missing or damaged end plate;...... Deduct 20% of core value.
Missing brush holder; ............. Deduct 20% of core value.
Missing thru-bolt set; ............ Deduct 10% of core value.

If armature or field housing are missing, no core value will be Issued. Units that have been taken apart and reassembled with burnout parts will not be acceptable.
