Here you will find information on adoption and Ukraine

Department of State. Guatemala is now the second most adopted from country.
Those
are some amazing numbers. Thousands of people are adopting from all over the world and for some it's a second or third adoption.
International adoptions have increased steadily over the years. Many say it's due to celebrity adoptions being covered by
the media. That may be a factor however; international adoptions were steadily increasing long before the "starts" made it
popular.
This
will be our first adoption.
2006
actually saw a decrease in the numbers from some of the most sought after countries. Many of the countries restricted adoptions
or stopped them altogether to establish adoption reform.
I
have not been able to find information on the number of domestic Adoptions.
We will add information as we construct the site.
