Bright Meadow Farms Banana Nut Bread

½ cups bread or all-purpose flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp Watkins brand Cinnamon
½ tsp Watkins brand nutmeg
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup honey, preferably locally harvested
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp Watkins double-strength vanilla
2 mashed-up bananas
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans or hazelnuts)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare pans by spraying with Watkins cooking spray. Sift or mix dry ingredients. Set aside.
Cream butter, sugar and honey. Mix in Vanilla, eggs, vanilla and bananas. Fold in dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened,
then quickly stir in nuts. Bake in full size loaf pan 45-50 min., Mini-loaves 30-35 min., or muffin tins 15-20 minutes, till
toothpick inserted in center comes out clean . Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out on wire racks.
Bright Meadow Farms Peanut Butter Cookies
1 package Watkins Snickerdoodles Cookie mix
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
Set oven to 350. Otherwise follow package directions, adding peanut butter, butter and
eggs. Do not use cinnamon and sugar topping. Cross cookies with fork if desired. Bake 10-12 minutes.
