These photos were taken on my first trip to Key West, in December of 1998 and my return visit in May of 1999

Sebago Sunset
Key West Sunsets Are Incredible!

Kelly's Caribbean Bar and Grill

Kelly's Caribbean Bar and Grill is one of my favorite places for lunch. Actress, Kelly McGillis, who owns and runs this eatery, makes a mean hamburger!

Iguana Cafe

Iguana Cafe is another favorite all night place. They serve everything from a full course dinner to 'Gaitor Burgers. There's a live Iguana on premises too.

Wes and Dave

This is Wes and David. Two friendly guys I met at Coconut Grove Guesthouse, where I stayed during my second visit.

Gay Holiday Hats

"Don we now our gay party hats!"  I photographed this festive bunch of guys in front of Bourbon St. Pub on Duval during the Christmas Parade. Their smiles tell it all. Gay does too equal happy.

Nancy's Secret Garden

Nancy's Secret Garden was a short walk away from Coconut Grove Guesthouse, and a nice quiet place. It's a living sculpture garden, populated by live parrots, tropical rainforest plants and created by local artist Nancy Forrester.

White Orchids - Nancy's Secret Garden

White Orchids at Nancy's Secret Garden.

Southernmost Point

I took this shot at the Southernmost Point. Sixty miles out that way is Cuba.

Higgs Beach Taken From Dick Dock

Higgs Beach, at the foot of Reynolds St., and home of the famed "Dick Dock" is free and a great place for soaking up sun rays and cooling off.

Higgs Beach View

It's also a good place for spectator sports, like man watching -- one of my favorites!

Volley At Smathers

What can I say about Smathers Beach that hasn't already been said in numerous travel books?

Smathers Beach Looking Towards Airport

I think this picture of Smathers Beach, and the one above, say it all.

Key West Lighthouse

Key West Lighthouse as seen from the 2nd floor of the Hemingway House. There's a wonderful view of Lighthouse Court Guesthouse's 'heavenly bodies' in the clothing optional pool from on top.

Rainbow Sail Away

If you like you can go for a more intimate sail. This one was taken from the pier at Atlantic Shores, home of the famous Sunday T-Dance.

Sunset at Mallory Square

Sunset at Mallory Square. A must see at least once.
