An indepth exploration of the Chakras from root to crown with an emphasis on personal discovery.
We will work with movement meditation, hatha yoga, sacred hand gestures, mantras and expressive arts to
learn how to access the energies of your chakras and transform your life!
"Journey through the Chakras" is appropriate for all levels:
from those completely new to knowledge of the chakra system to those with years of experience.
