  1. Discuss and take action on the Sikh  Expansion project.
  2. Discuss status of the Sikh expansion.
  3. Continue the discussion of identifying  criteria for reviewing Development Projects in the El Sobrante Valley.
  4. Discuss and take action on The Contra Costa County Community traffic Study. 
  5. Discuss Status of General Plan changes to Appian Way and San Pablo Dam Road, and the type of staff time required to assist the ESMAC sub-committee in moving forward.
