Public Works Department’s letter recommending a petition be signed by all residents affected by the lack of lights on the San Pablo Dam road between Valley View and May Road. Petition would cover joining County Service Area L-100 (the lighting District.).
Update on the problems on Santa Rita Road.

SDI.2 Contra Costa Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) meets the same day as the ESMAC. Do we want to change our meeting date for April or do we want an additional meeting with LAFCO?Items to be discussed in joint meeting would bethe rules and procedures LAFCO uses to guide their decisions and the types of actions that come before LAFCO and are within their scope of decisions.
