  • Review proposed Block by Block Zoning in Land Use Analysis packet from July 10th Land Use meeting.  Note which blocks on Appian may be more appropriate to focus on for proposed mixed use development.
  • Walk along Appian Way corridor and record various current uses, scales, walkability, proximity to public transporation, etc.

Discussion Items

  • Summarize findings and indicate possible areas along Appian Way that may be more appropriate for mixed use designation and higher densities, as well as certain land uses that may be encouraged or discouraged.
