Update on getting names and address’s for petitions on the lighting problem on San Pablo Dam Road. Public Works Department’s letter recommending a petition be signed by all residents affected by the lack of lights on the San Pablo Dam road between Valley View and May Road. Petition would cover joining County Service Area L-100 (the lighting District.)
Update on the problems on Santa Rita Road.

SDI.1 Discussion on the change of the ESMAC positions to appointed positions and recommended motion to allow public members with voting rights on the ESMAC sub committees under the rules of the Brown Act.

SDI.2 If all of the ESMAC members did not receive compensation during the fiscal year of January 2005 through December 2005 the chair will request that the District Secretary write the letter to the District Attorney relaying the information as required by law. The chair has the 460 forms if needed by any ESMAC member. The 470 forms are included in the packet if needed by a member.
