CCI.1 Amend the EL Sobrante MAC bylaws version updated 2006 section 2.2 Elected members, 2nd paragraph, from (candidates for election to ESMAC must be registered voters in El Sobrante.)  to (candidates for election to ESMAC must be registered voters in the unincorporated El Sobrante area, as defined in Resolution 95/94 of the Board of Supervisors dated February 14, 1995.) Attach Map as a part of the Bylaws to make clear the unincorporated area.

CCI.2 Letter from the ESMAC to East Bay Municipal Utility District with comments on the Draft Environmental Report for the earthquake retro fit for the San Pablo Dam.

SDI.1 ESMAC candidates running for re election. Material copied for those candidates up for re-election this year; Hope Scott, Marilynne Mellander, and Tom Owens. Filing starts July 17 and ends August 11, 2006.

SDI.2 Vote to approve the changed bylaws. (Copies previously sent to members by email.)

SDI.3 Review the agenda for the joint meeting between the ESMAC and R9 on June 22nd at 7:00 P.M.. Location,El Sobrante Library.

SDI.4 Public Works Department’s letter recommending a petition be signed by all residents affected by the lack of lights on the San Pablo Dam road between Valley View and May Road. Petition would cover joining County Service Area L-100 (the lighting District.)
