CCI.1 Letter to Special Districts Department, Public Works, requesting lighting on a section of San Pablo Dam Road. (A lack of lighting contributing to crime and traffic incidents in the area. Topic was presented at April ESMAC meeting by Linda Wright on behalf of a group of neighbors.)

P.1  Contra Costa County Community Development Department, Patrick Roche- (Part 1 of 2)
Follow-up report on proposed General Plan Amendment covering San Pablo Dam Road and Appian Way. This report will address the following matters: 1) summarize the 2004 Charrette outcome; 2) identify how the Charrette outcome and more recent transportation analysis will be translated into a proposal for a revised General Plan Amendment, including a description of key changes proposed  for both  the Land Use Element and Transportation/Circulation Element; and,  3) describe the next steps in the process to bring forward the proposed General Plan Amendment to public hearing before the County Planning Commission.
