- Develop guidelines for development in El Sobrante with review of zoning code and architectural review guidelines and standards from Orinda and Kensington.
- Prepare questions/concerns regarding the County’s development application process for Community Development Department staff to address at the next Committee meeting.
- Prepare questions/concerns regarding the General Plan Amendment process to direct to County staff.
