C1.1 Letter to Patty Cookson regarding problem cars on Santa Rita Road in El Sobrante- three addresses

PRESENTATIONS
P.1 Presentation by Lt. Donny Gordon, Bay Station Sheriff’s Department on his monthly report on local crime issues.
. E-mail to Lt. Gordon regarding the ticketing of 16 cars on La Colina in El Sobrante.
. E-mail to Lt Gordon regarding the number of homeless sleeping under the Appian Way Bridge.
P.2 Presentation by Terrance Cheung, Chief of Staff for Supervisor John Gioia, on his monthly report.
P.3 Presentation by East Bay Municipal Utility District- Michelle Blackwell
P.4 Presentation by Supervisor Gioia, Chief Keith Richter, Chief Michael Banks and Tony Thurmond- Closest Responder to a fire is no longer the rule being followed by the Richmond Fire Department and County Consolidated Fire. Could cost lives and property in danger because the closest responder policy isn’t in place.

SD.2 Suggested meeting format changes.
SD.3 Authorize the purchase of a gavel for use by the El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council Chair.
SD.4 ESMAC members 700 reports to chair for forwarding to the County.
SD.5 Final EIR on Afshar’s Project SD018533
SD.6 El Sobrante Stroll – authorize expenditure for Stroll booth. Participation in the parade? Other items associated with the Stroll.
SD.7 Support Friends of Garrity Creek’s request to the East Bay Municipal Utility District for mitigation of wetlands from the San Pablo Dam to the 10 acres of proposed development for the head waters of Garrity Creek.
