P.2 Presentation by Terrance Cheung, Chief of Staff for Supervisor John Gioia, on his monthly report.
P.3 Presentation by Wendi Goslinger on the El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council Committee meeting held on December 6th, 2005 on Land Use and Planning in the El Sobrante area.
SHORT DISCUSSION ITEMS
(10 minutes per item) - The Council will consider and take action on the following:
SD.1 Reduce the time required to write, read, and correct the time expended on minutes by following “Roberts Rules of Order” on the recording of minutes. Suggested motion attached.
SD.2 Adoption of the recommendations at the end of the 3 page list of items on Land Use Issues presented at the El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council meeting on November 19th, 2005.
SD.3 Letter to Sheriff Rupf requesting funds for a Resident Deputy Sheriff for the El Sobrante area.
SD.4 Develop summary of Events for the past year for report to the Board of Supervisors.
SD.5 Brain Storm 10 priorities for the upcoming year.

- Letter from the Contra Costa County Development Department requesting comments by December 5, 2005 regarding proposed amendment to the Residential Second Unit Ordinance for Agricultural land in the unincorporated area of Contra Costa County. Notice of a Negative Declaration and all documents referenced in the Negative Declaration may be reviewed at the Community Development Department. Refers to allowing second units in all of the agricultural zoning districts in the unincorporated areas of Contra Costa County.
