P.2 Presentation by Terrance Cheung, Chief of Staff for Supervisor John Gioia, on his monthly report.
P.3 Presentation by John Zentner, Canyon II Developer, on update for the grant for installation of the bus turnout on the north side of San Pablo Dam Road and vote to send letter to Richmond Planning Department for Mr. Zentner’s involvement in grant application to pay for San Pablo Dam Road north side bus turnout.
P. 4 Presentation by Erica Peng on the El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council Special Meeting held on October 26, 2005 on a Land Use and Planning Committee in El Sobrante.

SHORT DISCUSSION ITEMS
(10 minutes per item) - The Council will consider and take action on the following:
SD.1 CONSIDER, RECOMMEND, and TAKE ACTION AS APPROPRIATE on sending a letter to Contra Costa Public Works Department to determine whether the repair on the driveway at 5316 Sobrante Ave. (former Sundstrom property) was completed according to County policies and will not have similar drainage problems for that property and adjoining properties. Would the El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council like to invite a Public Works person to the December meeting to make a presentation on County policies pertaining to this property, sidewalks, etc.?
