PRESENTATIONS (5 minutes per item)
P.1 Presentation by Lt. Donny Gordon, Bay Station Sheriff’s Department on his monthly report on local crime issues.
P.2 Presentation by Eleanor Loynd, Chairman, El Sobrante Valley Planning and Zoning Advisory Committee on committee history, policies, practices, committee selection, communication with builders, residents, county personnel, and interested parties.

SHORT DISCUSSION ITEMS
(10 minutes per item) - The Council will consider and take action on the following:
SD.1 CONSIDER AND RECOMMEND submission of the amended El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council’s by-laws to the Board of Supervisors for approval (ALL)
SD.2 CONSIDER AND RECOMMEND the El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council assist the property owners at 5316 Sobrante Avenue in obtaining assistance with County Agencies in resolving the problem with a sink hole on their property possibly caused by a drainage problem. (ALL)
SD.3 CONSIDER AND RECOMMEND the El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council continue communication with Supervisor Gioia’s Office to set a meeting with West County School District Personnel on the problems at De Anza High School. (ALL)
SD. 4 CONSIDER AND RECOMMEND adding an item under standing committee reports on the ‘El Sobrante Valley Community Forum’ so all members of the El Sobrante Municipal Council will have information on the agenda of that meeting and the information can be passed to the public.


DISCUSSION ITEMS:
Brown Act Advisory Handbook Letter dated July 10, 2002 Number 3,]. states If an item is not included on the agenda, the county body may not act on or discuss that item or add that item to the meeting’s agendas an emergency item, subject to limited exceptions, (Gov. Code, 54954.2(a), (b) Ord. 25-2602) . Clarification is needed to determine the limitations.
