Gioia, on his monthly report.
P.2 Presentation by Lt. Donny Gordon, Bay Station Sheriff’s Department,
on his monthly report on local crime issues.
P.3 Presentation by John Zentner, Zentner and Zentner, on the Canyon
Oaks II Project, on the 36 homes on 22 acres and 340 acres land banked
and including information on the turnout for a bus stop so AC Transit
can move busses from Olinda Road to San Pablo Dam Road. ( Zentner, 30
minutes, Questions, 10 Minutes)
P.4 Accept report by Tom Owens on the Health Department Industrial Safety
program held on June 22, 2005.
SHORT DISCUSSION ITEMS (10 minutes per
item) - The Council will consider and take action on the following:
SD.1 CONSIDER AND RECOMMEND ADOPTION of the changes in the El Sobrante
MAC by-laws and ready them for submission to the Board of Supervisors
for approval (ALL)
SD.2 CONSIDER AND RECOMMEND tabling discussion on issues in the May 24,
2005 letter by Erica Peng to Supervisor Gioia until replies are received
from various County Departments . (Peng)
DELIBERATION ITEMS – The Council will consider and
take action on the presentation of the El Sobrante General Plan draft report
made
by Patrick Roche of the Contra Costa Community Development to member
of the El Sobrante MAC and determine role involvement of the El Sobrante
MAC. Held over from June 8, 2005 meeting (Peng and Mellander)
