Presentation by Terrance Cheung, Chief of Staff to Supervisor John Gioia, on his monthly report.
P.2 Presentation by Lt. Donny Gordon, Bay Station Sheriff’s Department, on his monthly report on local crime issues.
P.3 Presentation by Carlos Baltodano on the implementation of the Rental Inspection Ordinace by Contra Costa County Building Inspection Department .

SHORT DISCUSSION ITEMS
(10 minutes per item) - The Council will consider and take action on the following:
SD.1 CONSIDER AND RECOMMEND ADOPTION of the changes in the El Sobrante MAC by-laws and submit to the Board of Supervisors for approval (ALL)
SD.2 CONSIDER AND RECOMMEND approving the May 24,2005 letter by Erica Peng to Supervisor Gioia and appointing a subcommittee to research the issues as outlined in that letter. (Peng)

SD.3 CONSIDER AND RECOMMEND appointing other sub committees as needed.
SD.4 Appoint members to the El Sobrante Coordinating Council hosted by Supervisor Gioia on June 14, 2005.
SD.5 Appoint member(s) to attend the Contra Costa County Health Services Depart- ment Industrial Safety Ordinance meeting on June 22, 2005


DELIBERATION ITEMS – The Council will consider and take action on the presentation of the El Sobrante General Plan draft report made by Patrick Roche of the Contra Costa Community Development to member of the El Sobrante MAC and determine role involvement of the El Sobrante MAC.
