Meetings

The Council meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm, at the El Sobrante Library, 4191 Appian Way (near San Pablo Dam Road), El Sobrante.

Enter through the back entrance (library is closed).

We encourage all members of our community to attend.

The El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council (ESMAC), or
