advertisements and pre-printed inserts from retailers that include firearms
must list the dealer's license number. The dealer must also provide the
Star-Banner with a copy of his or her state of Florida dealer's license."
WHAT AGENDA DOES THE
STAR-BANNER HAVE ?
IT IS THE "RIGHT" OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS.
WHY ARE INDIVIDUALLY OWNED FIREARMS SINGLED OUT AS UNACCEPTABLE BY THE STAR-BANNER ?
FACTS:
1. - Federally licensed dealers must adhere to license and record laws because they conduct inter-state commerce, which is the only avenue for federal law intervention within the states.
Sales by individuals (The People) cannot be regulated because they do not conduct inter-state commerce for profit.
The Star-Banner liberal-socialists policy seeks to regulate what cannot be done by Congress because of individual freedoms and protections The People have in the United States Constitution.
2. - The Star- Banner policy actually makes it easier for criminals. Dealer license numbers are held in high security by the dealers and federal agencies because manufacturers, distributors, dealers and federal agencies use the license number to check and identify dealers BEFORE they ship weapons. By requiring dealers to place their license number in an advertisement, anyone can clone the number to a bogus license and obtain weapons by fraud. The Star-Banner is promoting illegal gun sales by publishing these numbers.
3. - Dealers, understanding the ramifications of placing their full license number in an ad, will refuse to do so and will be blocked from advertising, placing the Star-Banner in a position of interfering with legitimate inter-state commerce, an activity that dealers pay a hefty license fee to the federal government to freely conduct such business activity.
4. - The Banner is a bunch of FOOLS. Florida DOES NOT issue State of Florida firearms dealer's licenses. They have this requirement because New York Dealers have such a State license.
They (The Banner) received their orders from New York.Hey Banner, "THIS AIN'T NEW YORK !"
5. - The Star-Banner newspaper in Ocala, Florida is wholly owned by the NEW YORK TIMES of NEW YORK CITY, NY. (NEW YORK CITY !)
6. - The Star-Banner hides behind the PRESS protections in the 1st Article in the Bill of Rights in the Constitution of the United States of America and seeks to impose it's Manhattan-Liberal-Socialists restrictions on the 2nd Article.
The Ocala Star-Banner and the New York Times need to
get out of Marion County, Florida.The ONLY way this can be accomplished is to hit them in their pocket books and hit them hard.
