We GUARANTEE no shipping damage.
S&H is paid by the buyer.
Domestic Priority Mail S&H is $5.45 for the 1st book and $2.00 thereafter. Delivery time is generally 3-5 business days.
Media Mail (Book Rate) costs $3.95 for the 1st book and $1.50 thereafter. Delivery time is generally 8-21 business days.
Overseas S&H is at actual postage cost plus $1.50 for packaging labor and materials (EXTRA-secure).
Please see http://ircalc.usps.gov/weight.asp?Contents=1 for costs and transit times on various foreign delivery options.
Books ship the day after check receipt or CC acceptance.
Some shipping amounts shown on Amazon zShops are at earlier (cheaper) rates, which we will honor. Also, a few zShops items may show higher S&H amounts, reflecting the fact that these books are heavier, and therefore more costly to ship.
Both Amazon Marketplace and ABE.com rates are fixed by the hosting site, and may be - depending on selected options - higher or less than the above rates.

GUARANTEE: Books may be returned for full refund if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase. If we did not accurately describe the book we will also refund postage BOTH ways.

INTERNET SECURITY: There's a lot of "fluff" out there about the dangers of Internet credit card use. Please consider the following thoughts on this issue:
As reported by NY Times journalist Peter H. Lewis:
"Sending a credit card number to an electronic merchant over the Internet is probably the safest way to make such a transaction. In the last week, for example, I handed my credit card to a waiter who disappeared with it for five minutes. I faxed my credit card information to a business in New Jersey, and the fax probably lay exposed to everyone in that office for hours and perhaps to the cleaning crew that night. I called a hotel and gave my card data to a reservation clerk and continued my recklessness by ordering some merchandise from a clothing catalogue, again by reading my credit card information to some unseen operator.
"Compared with the risk of handing my credit card to a stranger, which I do nearly every day, sending it over the Internet is pretty secure." (NY Times, Nov. 13, C3)
