Individual sessions are taught on five major pieces of equipment that were conceived by Joseph H. Pilates. Students are
taught a series of conditioning exercises both on the equipment and on the Mat at a degree of difficulty for their current
fitness level. Fitness level is determined by the students ability to perform an exercise with control and fluidity. As the
student advances in strength more advanced exercises are introduced. The intention of each session is to provide a safe,
challenging and energizing workout in order to assist the individual in meeting their exercise goals.
