I recieved further mail re: Watchman. What is it exactly?
I must answer that I can only say what is inside.
The job description for a watchman is given is Eze 33, and is mostly well known.
Contrary to popular belief, a watchman is not a teacher in the common sense of the word
used today. Neither is a watchman a Pastor, a Shepherd, nor a Comforter.
They are a strange lot, showing considerable passion on sheep, yet wreaking Godly vengeance on those
pastors/shepherds/false ptophets who lead the unknowing sheep to certain slaughter, while holding them in denominational
prisons with lies.
Unlike the 'dear brother' types, watchmen have a vile temper when confronting such jailers.
There are many of God's watchmen today, but some are confused about their role. That is, they mingle a different role
such as pastor/comforter/shepherd with that of a watchman. That is not in the Lord's Will. Thus they
have failed in all roles. Many have scattered the sheep by playing multi-roles.
I thought my original calling was to be a Pastor/Teacher of the Word.
This was not to be. I failed in that endeavor, because that was not the job Father made me for. I was given
a quick wit and a ill temper when confronted with injustice of any sort. I am trying with all possible perseverance
to be a watchman. Just one of many. I have found from experience that when one mixes the watchman garment
with that of advisor/teacher/shepherd, it mixes the watchman's rough and hairy garment with the priestly linen garment
of a teacher. I should have known better, for this is not wise, for it is against the Lords command.
Deut 22:11
11 Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts, as of woollen and linen together.(KJV)
This says that a watchman must not take the role of a Pastor/teacher/shepherd. The
roles are separate. A watchman is to watch and warn. ONLY. but, of course, from God's Word, Only.
Ezek 44:17
17 And it shall come to pass, that when they enter in at the gates of the inner court,
they shall be clothed with linen garments; and no wool shall come upon them, whiles they minister in the gates of the inner
court, and within.(KJV)
Here, in the millenial temple, the watchman's job is nearly over. Satan is in prison. There
is no further need for a watchman except when he ventures out. All will know the Word at that time.
