I recieved the following as a private E-Mail, but since the answer contains
some thoughts which may be of interest to the group--here it is, without of course revealing the person.

YaShua warned specifically that Satan WOULD exhibit "signs and wonders
to decieve" IF IT WERE POSSIBLE, even the very elect. (Matt 24 and Mk 13). One thing we know about this statement (and which
makes it impossible to be decieved), is that the first jesus is not our Jesus. Other than that fact, in Rev 13 one of the
miracles is "bringing down fire from heaven". In 2 Cor 11, Paul says Satan comes disguised as an 'angel of light'. There are
surely many more "miracles" slewfoot can show. Lets play "what if."
Since Satan is coming as the substitute messiah, we should be reasonably
confident he will fulfill that role (as messiah). I feel we can be fairly well assured he will model his "miracles" after
the ones YaShua recorded in the gospels. Thus,
1) He will be a savior for all who will come to him. This means that, A))
there must be some event or occurance going on which flesh people will need to be protected or saved FROM, and B)), he must
have the ability to physically perform the act of "saving" (the flesh).
Jesus multiplied bread, changed water into wine, healed the sick, forgave
sinners, taught against false teachers, cast out the moneychangers, materialized his body thru doors and walls, caused Peter
to be transported from Jerusalem to Gaza in an instant, and raised the dead.
Satan must be able
to make it appear he can do all these, as a minimum.
Re raising the dead-- Of course satan cannot GIVE life, but he can sure hold
back death. Read and think about Heb 2:14. Jesus came to destroy him who has the POWER OF DEATH, the devil. What is this "power
of death"? Is it not the ability to
claim or not to claim the (flesh) death state? Hence, just as he did with
Job, satan has the power to withhold death. (see Job 2:7 and 3:7). Job, as you know, is the story of God's elect. If you want
to get a pretty good idea of what the elect will go thru in the hands of slewfoot, read this book carefully. Think about the
fourth “friend” who appeared. Anyway, witholding death for some person who has a terminal disease will give the
appearance of healing, will it not? This thought makes a lot more sense if you follow the beliefs of the churchies who "just
know" jesus will do away with death. After all, if jesus is here, no one will die--he gives eternal life, right?
If you have a hard time with people disappearing, as you say, you will surely
crash when Satan saves the dying.
If these thoughts give you pause, take eternal comfort in the Word of our
YaShua.
"Not a hair of your head will perish". Regards the members of your family
which believe in the rapture, recall also YaShua said "you will be betrayed by all men, including your own family".

This could very well be, Lisa, and it might mean trouble for some. I had been
wondering about similar things myself, and about 18 months ago, I kinda did a little more study on the subject. The Elect
are Satan's ONLY targets, and he probably has some exquisite designs especially for us, including all you have mentioned
and much more.
I have come to the conclusion that I have been "too smart" for my own britches,
as the saying goes, and had fallen into the Ephesus trap of "leaving my first love".
That is, I thought I was too cool in the Word for satan to fool. Well,
I am a fool.
The "pinch it" phrase is certainly true, but is not sufficient for the Elect.
The ONLY way to get thru this is to cast all your cares on Yashua. Begin by
reading 1 Jn 2:18-29. Then, with the knowledge that we were with Him in the first age, read St John, 16th chapter. Dwell and
think on verses 6, 7,15,16, 26 and 27. Re the promise of the Holy Spirit, recall Acts chapter 2:17-21 (an example) and Joel
2:28-31. Wait for the refreshing to occur. For inner strength, read Ps 74, beginning at V8. Then read the short Ps 125. See
Zech 10:6-12, and Jeremiah 31:31-34 and 32:40. In fact all of Jer 31 and 32 have more of the promise.
I am not gonna go looking for Satan. I dont have to as he will find me. Believe
me, he knows us personally. From a long time ago. He can recall it all. I can recall nothing. The blessing we have, Lisa,
is that we don't have to recall. Our YaShua's Holy Spirit will tell all of us when and what we need to know at that time.
Remember YaShua said IF it were possible. If we lean on Him, it is not possible
for us to be decieved. I almost forgot to lean, because I thought it possible to know Satan's tricks. It isn't, I don't.
YaShua does. We can be nothing without Him. If you feel doubts in that time, tell it to YaShua. He has promised to be there
for us.
In fact, I posted the 'satan's miracles' thing just to elicit some reaction
from you guys. Several have responded. Too many have not. I will post others.

I wholeheartedly agree with your "miracles" analysis. The point I was trying
to make and you seemed to concur with is that ac does not have to do much other than come into this dimension to get 99&44/100
of the people on earth into his camp. A few well placed "miracles" such as you mentioned will get all the rest save 7000.
The point I was trying to make is that I feel ac does not care a whit about
fooling the sheeple. He wants the Elect. ONLY the Elect. The sheeple are all protected with blindness anyway. They will get
their chance in spite of ac. He can read, and he knows that well.
To get to the elect, he must be preparing well to face them, for face them
he must. As I mentioned in previous posts, it IS well written at least as a type, what satan will try to do to the ELECT.
It is written in the book of Job. This entire book is virtually a blueprint for us. We all should be familiar with the story.
Ask yourself very seriously if you would have Job's patience if presented with his situation. Even tho Job overcame, he still
got a pretty good chewing out from Father, because he began to question and place his own righteousness above others, especially
the 3 "churchie friends". There was one of the “friends” that was different.

"The REST of the story" is that many accept that Job had to argue with only
3 so-called "churchie friends". The fact is, Job's approach to these 3 was in Father's will up until the time he began to
brag about his own righteousness, and raise himself above others. Most have missed the fact that Father allowed Job a different
messenger, in the form of a warning from the fourth speaker, Elihu. This Elihu was an eloquent spokesman. Read for yourself
the 'knowledge' he brought forth, beginning in chapter 32, and continuing until Father speaks in Chapter 38. Elihu's speech
is, unlike the 3 "churchies", ALMOST completely in agreement with Father's will, as written. (there are actually many statements
that are totally false-- see if you can spot them) Even the name "ELIHU" means, literally, "He is God" !! Job certainly
listened to Elihu's speech. Would he have answered? We dont know, for that is precisely when when Father spoke
to Job "out of a whirlwind". Had to get his attention. Chewed him out pretty good. The 3 "churchies" got condemned, but not
a word about Elihu. Strange?? Have you noticed this before?? No? Then go back and re-read it. Don't miss Job 40:14. It is
this verse which is key to Rev 13:16. It is our works. Finally read 42:7. Do you understand? Elihu in the account of Job is
none other than SATAN himself, beloved. He was the young man, younger than the rest, and came on with flowering words. He
was the final tempter of Job, and will be the final tempter of all the Elect. Before Job got a chance to answer Elihu, guess
who spoke for him? The Holy Spirit of our Father.
This tells me there is only ONE way we can overcome.
