Plans are to have one event per month, on a Friday or Saturday night.

Time is 7 to 11 PM,

with lessons at 6:30

DJ's Bob Patterson and Billy Fanning announce the Lake Murray Beach Blast party.

The location is the clubhouse at the Yacht Cove complex. This is near the Lake Murray dam at 109 Shoreline Dr, Columbia, SC 29212. It is probably the most beautiful setting for a dance party in the Columbia area. It can easily seat 80 people and has a 600 sq.ft. wooden dance floor and a very good air conditioning system. There are nice tables and chairs, carpet, a food service area, and good parking facilities. We are offering free shag and line dance lessons prior to each party.

Party-goers may furnish their own beverages by bringing coolers, etc. Ice, cups, water, soft drinks, and a snack food item will be available at the food & drink areas free of charge.

This is a private party sponsored by the DJ hosts. Persons attending must be pre-registered on a list at the door. Admission will be by donation which will be used to help to pay expenses. A suggested donation amount will be posted at the door. It is anticipated that this will be about $7.00 per person, except for the New Year’s dance which will be somewhat higher.
