Sausage-Tortilla Rarebits

Ingredients

- 3 flour tortillas

- 2 tablespoons honey mustard

- 6 ounces jack cheese

- Vienna sausages

1.) Stack tortillas.

2.) Trim 2 opposite edges off to make a 6 inch wide center.

3.) Discard the trimmings.

4.) Cut the stack lengthwise into 2-inch-wide strips. 

5.) Spread mustard on one side of each strip.

6.) Thinly slice cheese.

7.) Spread cheese on top of the mustard on each strip.

8.) Lay a sausage across each strip and roll.

9.) Roast over fire on a skewer until cheese is melted.
