Honey Butter

Ingredients

-1/2 lb. butter or margarine

- 1 pint honey

1.) Cream butter.

2.) Heat the honey until warm and beat it until creamy and clear.

3.) Combine butter and honey.

4.) Beat until mixed well.

(The quantities may by varied according to taste.  This spread is great for bread and muffins.)
