Curried Rice and Tuna

Ingredients

- 2 cups instant rice

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup raisins

- 1 6-ounce can of tuna in water

- 4 cups water

- 2 teaspoons margarine

- 2 teaspoons curry powder

- 1 hard-boiled egg

 

1.) Cook rice by following the given instructions using the water, salt, and margarine.

2.) Peel the hard-boiled egg and finely chop.

3.) Drain the tuna.

4.) Toss the raisins, curry, chopped egg, and tuna into the cooked rice.

5.) Mix thoroughly and heat briefly.
