Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients

- 4-5 small flour or corn tortillas

- 1 small onion

- 1 6-ounce can of chicken

- 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese

- foil

 

1.) Dice the onion.

2.) Thinly slice the cheese.

3.) Drain the canned chicken.

4.) Sprinkle cheese, onion, and chicken on half of an open-faced tortilla.

5.) Fold tortilla in half.

6.) Wrap in foil.

7.) Place in hot coals for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
