Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

- 2 medium potatoes

- 3 tablespoons margarine

-1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 lb. American cheese

- 1/2 small onion

- 1 small can evaporated milk

- dash of pepper

- 10 inch foil pan

- foil

- solid shortening

1.) Grease disposable 10 inch foil pan.

2.) Peel and thinly slice potatoes.

3.) Place layers of potatoes, cubed cheese, and onions in pan.

4.) Pour milk over all.

5.)Seal with square of greased foil.

6.) Place over hot coals for about 1 hour.
