Drugs and Medications, General
The following presents the results as experienced by the writer. These medications are not all used at the same time. They represent a summation of my history of treatment, and treatment options. It is being written with two goals in mind. (1) Provide the data to patients and doctors, (2) Record a baseline of my thinking for future use.
The contents is presented in alphabetical order, whereas the actual information is presented roughly in the order of maximum value with minimum negative effects.

Dose PRN ---
Taken as needed, 0 to 3 in one day. For severe
die-off symptoms, taken in conjunction with other
medications, such as antihistamine. For severe
headache upon waking in the morning, which is common for the
author. Relief comes within 10-20 minutes. Dose per day
ranges typically from 0 to 600 mg (about = 6 cups of
coffee). Reason Alleviate
vaso motor
symptoms (especially headache) and (rapid onset) fatigue.
Stimulate the adrenal gland, so it may alleviate skin
irritation and redness. Safety Safe for most people. Widely used in common "soft drinks"
and coffee. Side
Effects Possible nervousness. Possible insomnia. Because it is
pure caffeine, and acids and other chemicals found in coffee
are not present, expect no or less stomach distress. Results Quite effective, unless symptoms
are too severe. (100%) I never suffer nervousness or
insomnia from it. Notes Product name
= Vivvarin: 200 mg table. Buy in any drug store
OTC.

Dose Warning!
--- Do not take! Safety The active ingredient in Tylenol
has a narrow efficacy-safety range. That means that the
range from the effective dose to the dose that will produce
damage (to the liver) is fairly small. This can be quite
dangerous if the drug is misused.
For
example,
a dose suitable for an adult
can kill a small child! Recent research indicates that
Acetaldehyde potentiates damage to the liver
at lower dose than was indicated by previous tests.
Candidiasis patients are likely to have high levels of
Acetaldehyde in their system. Therefore, it may be
possible for a normal adult dose to produce liver damage in
an adult! Also, it is now suspected that the results are
accumulative!

Dose A persons sensitivity is to be measured, and the dosage
calculated and set up. Patient can control how many drops
how and often. Reason Killed Candida albicans,
Trichophyton, and Epidermophyton, plus histamine.
Desensitize me to the antigens from these three, and to turn
on my immune system to kill these three. Safety The method has been used a long
time. As long as initial treatment is monitored for shock,
it is safe. Side
Effects - Results Seems to work. Rate of improvement
increased when started. Attacks are fewer and are mild, as
compared to before starting. Started in November, 1992.
However, can over-treat, resulting in considerable rash. I
stopped using it for that reason. Maybe if used a topical
anti-inflammatory agent wouldn't have so much

Dose Chunks should be increased in size over time to be the
size of a 1000 mg Vitamin C tablet. Take 2 or 3 taken with
each meal. Swallow, do not chew! Reason Garlic is a very good yeast and fungus killer. Yeast
doesn't seem to adapt to garlic killing it. Safety Very safe. Side
Effects Can produce significant die-off reaction Can produce very
smelly flatulence. Results Very good results. Notes Treatment goal is to have the chunks pass all the way
through, releasing the killing agent (alison) like a
time-release tablet. If you pass gas, it should smell like
garlic! Very cheap.

Dose One capsule with each
meal. Reason Natural predator for Candida
albicans. Natural and otherwise beneficial component of the
GI tract. Safety Very safe. Side
Effects None Results Works fairly well, although the
effect is difficult to tie-down with evidence. Notes Best kind is enteric coated. It
will not be subjected to stomach acid and killed. Some
varieties are resistant (but not totally immune) to stomach
acid. Many products require refrigeration. Should always be used by
everyone after oral antibiotics are taken.
(Antibiotics kill off these friendly bugs.)

Dose Powdered, oral, about 330,000 units
with each meal. Reason Proven Yeast and fungus killer.
Prescribed by Dr. Rosenbaum. Safety - Side
Effects No side effects of its own. It is
not absorbed through mucosa or skin. Results Produced Die-off symptoms when I
started at dose of 50,000 units per meal. Each time I
escalated the dose, die-off symptoms would return for a
short time. Notes Rx. Very expensive. Difficult to find in powdered form.
Must be refrigerated.

General comment: It is recognized that Candida albicans can be controlled better if the killing agent is changed every day (ref Dr. Crissey). It seems to adapt to whatever agent is in use at the moment. This behavior suggests that it is not an active genetic mutation process, but rather a group of already in place genetic codes, which can be selectively turned on when needed.
If this hypothesis is true, it would be a distinct advantage to the yeast to not turn on a defense mechanism if it is not needed. The yeast would be using only the minimum amount of its energy budget to defend itself.
Thus, if the killing agent is changed every day, the yeast will be in a vulnerable state all the time. Our goal is to change the medication faster than the yeast can adapt.
I suggest lining up several agents across the sink top. When you use the one at the head of the line, at the end of the day move it to the tail of the line.

Dose Daily, when ever you wash the skin. Apply after drying.
Apply with a medicine dropper, or a
small cloth patch. +++ Reason These crystal or rock deodorants
are Potassium alum. It prevents over 99% of
bacteria from growing on the skin. That is the mechanism by
which it prevents body odor (which is produced by growing
bacteria!) It is not absorbed through the skin. Therefore it
will stay on the skin until washed away, so it need not be
reapplied unless one washes that skin. Safety This molecule is not absorbed into
the skin, so it cannot enter the blood stream. Side
Effects None at all, not even die-off,
because it prevents the growth of bacteria, rather than
killing them. Results Seems to work quite
well! Notes I have tried only the Potassium
Alum rocks. There is a Magnesium alum I have not tried.
Break up the rock and pulverize it. Dissolve in hot water.
AUTHOR'S Experience: Had a
pesistant under-arm rash which looked very much like
Trycophyton ("ringworm" fungus). Potassium alum cured it in
a few days.

humans, but eats Candida albicans. Safety Very safe, but keep out of the eyes and ears, as effect

have a lot of experience with it. Notes Buy in powdered form, or in
capsules which can be pulled apart. Make a thin paste with
water. Do not use tap water, as the chlorine in it may kill
the culture. Many cultures to not live long periods unless
refrigerated.

safe, even for in the ears, but keep out of the eyes. Side
Effects Might have some redness at first, or after continued use.
Too much, or too often can do more harm than good, due to
die-off toxins. Results Works, but is dissipated rapidly, requiring more
treatments per day. Repeated treatment can be inconvenient!
May still have to use stronger
medications periodically. Notes This is the same as white vinegar
obtained from a market, and diluted by adding equal part of
water. This is then 2%, which is the same strength as
medically prescribed "Acetic acid." Not offensive to others.
Cheap. Dose A small amount used every time I
shower. Prescribed by Dr. Crissey. +++ Reason To treat scalp infection. Safety It does not kill on contact. It
works by preventing the yeast from building new cell wall
elements as it grows. Eventually the yeast cell explodes
from internal pressure. Thus, the killing is spread out more
in time, and therefore the toxins released do not build to
high local concentrations because the body has time to
remove them. Side
Effects Slight burning when applied, until yeast is
suppressed. Results Works. Notes No longer used. Requires Rx, and is
expensive.

yeast fairly well. Keeps skin looking healthy. Notes Very good on the feet, especially
on the soles. (Thick, hard soles are indicative of yeast
infection on the soles - ref Dr. Crissey) Smells nice. Large
tube. Cheap. If I loose control while using this, I will use
Tee Tree Oil 100% for one or two applications. Made by EARTH
Therapeutics. Buy in health food store, such as Wild Oats
(Pasadena).

than some of the other topical yeast killers. 0 Safety - 00 Side
Effects Can get too much die off if used on fingers, elbows, and
ears. Results Works. Notes Used on the bottom of my feet, and
toes. Seems to kill all the fungi there, but is not as good
a yeast killer as the others. Doesn't work as well on hands,
ears, and elbows. CAREFULLY adding DMSO seems to make it
more effective.

Dose PRN, thin application on top of other meds. . Reason A penetration aid to bring anti
fungals deeper into the skin. 00 Safety Only very pure DMSO should be used,
and then with great caution. Look for 99.96 % pure. (This is
a level of 4 Parts Per Million of impurities.) DANGER!
DMSO is a universal solvent. It
has the ability to carry molecules past the skin barrier
(and into the body) that are normally kept out! Thus if you
have anything toxic on your skin, DMSO will carry it into
the body, where it can do damage. An example of this happened after I
had cleaned my hands with paint thinner after painting. 24
hours later, when I applied DMSO, there was enough residue
on my skin that as soon as I applied DMSO my skin began to
burn. I immediately washed the DMSO off, and the
burning stopped.
Thus one must
constantly remember what has been on the skin before
applying DMSO. Side
Effects I noticed that the permeability of
my skin to water (skin wrinkling from immersion) returned to
normal. Results Seem to multiply their
effectiveness by a factor of 2 or 3. Notes Not using now. Contrary to the belief of a lot of
medical practitioners, there is absolutely nothing in
the scientific literature (1966 to the present) which
indicates that DMSO (as it is normally used) is dangerous to
the human eye or vision. After a computer search of all 6
million of the peer review articles available to me, the
only negative report was for 100% DMSO applied
directly to the eye. It caused redness that was
reversible. 70% did not do this.

Dose Apply to infected spots, especially major lesions on the
skin. Apply with a medicine dropper. + Reason This is a very powerful killing agent, with no side
effects of its own. 000 Safety Very safe by itself, however, can have major die-off
reactions. Use judiciously. Side
Effects Strong odor Results Very effective! Yeast is not able to adjust to this
killing agent. Notes To Prepare: Break apart a whole garlic bulb. Peal the
toes. Blend in a blender with 1 cup of vodka. Let stand
until the oil separates out and collects at the top. Draw
off with a large dropper. Refrigerate to prolong useful
life. Discard after a couple of months.

Tea Tree Oil will dissolve plastics like that
used in tooth brushes and the like. It will dissolve the

Medications can be used in combinations. This combination received very positive comments from Dr. Crissey. It works best if applied several times a day. No significant negative side effects. Mix in a small jar equal amounts of:

Dose PRN Reason Caprinex mixed with water is a very
good treatment to stop Candida albicans growth in the mouth
(oral thrush) and the severe sensitivity to hot or cold
foods, and to sore gums and aching teeth (when there are no
cavities to account for the pain). Safety - Side

product name. There are other brands.

Dose PRN --- 1/2 teaspoon in 750 ml of
water, delivered by WaterPik to the teeth twice a day to
stop oral infections. Recommended by Dr. Yorgen Slotts, USC
School of Medicine, Periadontist school. Dr, Slotts is
recognized as probably the world's foremost expert on oral
microbiology. He bases his recommendation on his
(unpublished) research on the control of oral Candidiasis
(Thrush). He states this treatment is quite successful. I
would add that it would probably greatly help to suppress
the other organisms that have been a factor in my
case. Reason Yeast cannot live in an acid
environment. Safety Dr. Slotts says it is safe. Side
Effects Don't spill bleach on a marble counter top, as it is
likely to discolor it! Results Works. Notes Cheap! Use plain, unscented bleach
from the market. Buy a small bottle, as it will probably
weaken before you can use it all up.

Dose Every time you brush your teeth. Reason Dr. Yorgen Slotts recommends using
Sensodyne tooth paste, stating that it must be used for a
few months to gain its full benefit. He states that one of
its actions is to plug up all the microscopic holes and
crack in the surface of the teeth. He did not state why this
is of benefit, however, I posit that the action is to
minimize areas in which bacteria can hide and multiply.
Also, I believe the plugging action is due to the content of
diatomaceous earth. The exoskeletons in this would lodge in
the cracks. Not only do they plug the holes, but also would
act to puncture microbes that came into contact with them.
This is the same killing action known to occur in filters
using this, and its action as an anti-insect anti-slug/snail
treatment for the garden. It also slow the migration of
toxins into the teeth via the microscopic cracks in the
tooth surfaces. Dr. Slots recommends using the
Braun electric
toothbrush. It is excellent in
cleaning, and will not erode the gums, which is a major
problem I have. Safety Very safe. Side
Effects None. Results Works very well. Notes -

Dose PRN --- This has been used on a few
occasions to stop severe toothache in its tracks.
Reason Yeast toxins can severely impact nerves in the teeth. Safety WARNING.
Too much treatment with this has caused SEVERE GI problems
(paralytic ileus, landing me in the emergency room). I
believe this is caused by sudden die-off of GI Candida
albicans, which releases large amounts of toxin that shut
down the autonomic nervous system responsible for
peristalsis. Side
Effects See "Safety", above. Results Works very well and very fast. Notes The problem of toothache should not occur if regular use
is made of Sensodyne toothpaste., and oral anti fungals PRN.

Dose Greater than medical strength. Made
it myself to taste quite salty, but not too salty as to be
offensive. Also use as a nasal spray, which helps open sinus
and nasal passages. Reason Salt is a natural killing agent. It kills by drawing
water out of the germ or yeast. It also draws water out of
the living human tissue, acting to reduce nasal swelling,
