Chemical Sensitivity

(Model)

Multiple Chemical Sensitivity is a very controversial subject. It seems to elicit emotional responses from its victims and some in the medical community. This writer knows people who have wide ranging chemical sensitivity.

This writer has suffered from several clear-cut events. We used Host carpet cleaner. Afterwards, he began to have bad headaches, which got better when he went to work, and worse when he was at home. He had to sleep in a tent in the back yard for 6 weeks. Whenever he came into the house, he could smell the chemical, long after his wife coud not.

Then he notice the smell of moth balls, while other people could not. We removd them.

Years later, we had a treatment done on our ceiling. That only required I live outside the house for a week or so.

Of the chemicals we use, even in everyday life, only a very small percentage have been significantly tested for human sensitivity. Such testing is very difficult, and very expensive. Commercial chemical interests have not done near enough testing. History contains many stories where chemicals were used and released to the environment for many decades, producing wide ranging suffering. In this area we are quite ignorant.

One of the arguments against the concept of wide-ranging chemical sensitivity is that it is an emotional response within the sufferer. I don't believe this. It is the typical "cop-out" used by medical doctors when they have no answer for why a patient is experiencing "strange" symptoms they were not taught about in school or their reading of journals.

ADVICE

If you are suffering from Candidiasis, avoid exposure to powerful man-made chemicals. Find alternate methods. For instance, we used microwave technology to kill termites. Another time we used heat treatment to kill termites.
