- We also offer a Class 100,000 clean room for subassemblies... Such as notching, tipping,

under strict compliance to ISO 9001 and CE Mark standards that meet FDA QSR requirements.

Pictured above, we’ve
added new state-of-the-art extrusion equipment to enhance our medical extrusion processes, thus greatly benefiting our OEM
customers and BMC tenant companies. Two new belt type caterpillar take-up systems for total TIR enhancement. Two new downstream
cut-length tubing blow-off transport units, designed for clean room perfection while robotically conveying medical extruded
products. We’ve Also added a new on-line precision cutting unit for producing excellent end-cuts and improved length
control.

Micro-Bore-Bell-Tubing® ...Best described as a funnel tube (7.5” minimum
length), where one end of the tube is larger than the other end. Each extruded
tube is alike with a belled end, a taper section, and a host end. Micro-bore bell tubing can be utilized for adapting purchased (off-the-shelf) connectors
of various sizes.
