Welcome to Blackswamp Farm! We envision the halter horse as the foundation of the equine athlete. We strive to breed and promote Paint and Quarter halter horses and Warmblood Sporthorses with correct conformation, balance, movement and good dispostions that are a pleasure to show in hand or under saddle. Many of our halter horses are broke to ride and could go on to a successful career in performance events. Blackswamp Farm is a small breeder of one or two quality foals per year. Most of our foals are double or triple registered, which adds to their value and versatility. Blackswamp Farm always has a few quality prospects or finished show horses available for sale. For Sale, Laces Out APHA 2003 World Champion yearling youth gelding, 15.3 hands. Lace is a gorgeous, easy to show halter gelding. He earned 86 youth halter points shown by a rookie 13 and under youth and would be the perfect first horse for a novice youth or amateur. APHA Superior youth halter, ROM AQHA youth halter, 44 APHA open halter points. 3rd AQHA World Show open weanling geldings. Will vet sound. Six points from APHA open Superior.
