Home sits on seven acres with private lake.
Three rooms overlook the lake.
Living Room and Dining Room over look lake. Wrap around deck
overlooking the lake.
Very gradual Ramps decline @ ˝" per foot.
All rooms are private- with heaters in each room.
Two rooms share a bathroom. 
All the rest of the bedrooms have private ˝ baths.
The kitchen is filled with cherry wood cabinets & we have two
fire places.
Families are encouraged to visit as often as they like.
In the event of a power failure all heaters and fireplaces will
work.
We have an old-fashioned hand pump for water in the event of a
power failure.
Maxine is a LPN and will take medically fragile adults.
The shower is a walk-in shower with nothing to step over.
Showers are given at least once a week and more often as needed
and/or requested.
Beds are changed on bath days. We try to launder resident’s
laundry separately.
There is no extra charge for anything except disposable
undergarments and medications. Families will be expected to supply them.
We do, however, purchase reasonable supplies for the families
& they reimburse us.
We also will pick up medications @ the family’s request and they
will be expected to reimburse us.
We are planning to use washable undergarments for those who need
them with disposable pads if needed. This saves on the environment and cost.
We use no poisons in our organic garden.
There are fish in the lake: Koi, Crappy, Blue Gill, and
Large-Mouth Bass for which the residents and their families may try to catch.
We practice "catch and release".
We also have hiking trails in the back of the property with
berries to pick.
All residents must be escorted to the lake and back of property.
We have wild Ducks & Rabbits, Friendly Geese, & 2 Cats;
Mittens & Squeeky.
Most rooms are equipped with an intercom and TV Cable hook-up.
James and Maxine live in.
