Kim has a million friends. Over the past few days I have heard so many things said about her I think, “YES! THAT’S KIM! Things like:

 “She included everyone”
“She made you feel important”
“I lived here two years and knew no one. I met Kim and knew everyone.”

There’s a lot of smiles and laughter when we talk about Kim because that’s what she did for us on a daily basis. She made us happy.

Kim was so beautiful. She found humor in everything including herself. One time she got a bad haircut. When Rodolphe came home he said to her, “It’s a good thing you’re beautiful because that’s the most hideous haircut I’ve ever seen.” Kim never took herself too seriously. I love that about her.

Kim knew what was important to her: God, her family and friends.

Whatever was on her mind, you heard about it. She kept no thoughts to herself. Earlier this month Rodolphe decided to surprise her with a trip. He told her they were going to Ferndale, California. Kim couldn’t believe he was taking her to Ferndale where she was sure there was nothing but old ladies with blue hair. She tried to smile and be happy when Rodolphe would talk about their trip. She complained to all her friends. Rodolphe enjoyed his joke. They had a great weekend in Santa Barbara.

Kim is so unforgettable. I thank God for Kim.
I can see her now in Heaven, standing with our Lord Jesus Christ, smiling, happy and peaceful.
I can’t wait to see her again.
