How Do I go About Arranging a Housecall?
catplaycork.jpg

First, have your cat examined by your veterinarian to rule out any medical problems that may be causing or contributing to a change in behavior.  While a referral by your veterinarian is not a pre-requisite, there is a form that you will need your veterinarian to fill and that you will submit along with the behavioral history form.  Your veterinarian will be sent a report of the behavior consultation which may include instructions for laboratory tests or medications.

What Next?
Please use the form below to request information about the housecall process, fees and payment options, available appointment times and the necessary forms.

Text length is limited so please do not use this email to give details about the problem: the behavior history form has a place for this.
