Rhonda's Bad Day
If you have ever been stationed in Korea, or deployed
somewhere without your family, you come to realize the sacrifices and struggles that your spouse goes through when
you are not around. My wife has taken on the role of handling everything that I left her with, the kids, the bills,
school, her own career, and has done a fantastic job. Every once in a while, she has a bad day. I came back to
my barracks in Korea one night and found this instant message which described a day in her life without me there. She
was venting, and even though I was not there to respond, she continued to tell me about it as if I were there to listen.
At the time, it was by no means funny. But looking back in retrospect, I'm glad I saved the transcript because it makes me
laugh. I'm sorry honey. I Love You! Posted in Observations on Life.
