11-12-08- In her dissent on a ruling allowing the Navy to train to defend us, Ginsburg came up with this:

The Bush administration argued that there has been no documented case of sonar-related injury to marine mammals in the 40 years of exercises off the southern California coast.

In her written dissent, Justice Ginsburg cited the substantial and irreparable harm to marine mammals, saying sonar has been linked to mass strandings and hemorrhaging around the brain and ears.

She said the training exercises serve critical interests, but they do not authorize the Navy to violate the environmental laws.

Here she is worshipping at the Religion of the Environment. Our existence is secondary to the environment. Anti-American, traitor, or just senile?

6-2-09- Sotomayer on the 2nd Amendment is SOO full of BS! If it is not applicable to the states, and a state or city can just ban them, what was the Amendement supposed to mean? It becomes totally hollow, as if it never existed. That is pure BS and every person knows it. Only a dishonest looney liberal who has been esconced in the educational elite, lawyer clique coven could say that with a straight face.
