I'm Irene, and I live in London, and am a new and somewhat shy listee...Introductions over, I thought Iwould write because I just saw SK last night here in London. Wow! the show was absolutely perfect; I think they played for about an hour; a lovely mix of new and old songs (at least three new ones), and apart from a false start in the encore where they each thought they were playing a different song, which led to much amusement, particularly amongst the band themselves, they sounded fantastic. The crowd seemed really up for it, as did SK themselves. Jarvis Cocker was there, as aparently was Elliot Smith, although i didn't see him, and Amanda from Bis was dancing at the front! The venue was also a really cool place; fifth or sixth floor of a student union tower block over-looking the Thames, with a view of the whole London sky-line. Was anyone else there?
