BGM SERIES / Baby Gar Minnow Size is 3.25". In 1939 Shur Strike introduced special Florida Colors to copy the popular Eger Lures.
The dotted line around the eye as shown here is pictured in the 1939 catalog. It was quickly removed due to an infringement on Eger's Patent, making it very rare. It was replaced by the solid color around the eye.
