Resolution 06-4

 

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND FISCAL OFFICER TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS NECESSARY FOR RENOVATION OF THE COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL

 

The Council of the Village of Beverly met in Special Session the 24th day of May 2006.

Resolution adopted May 24, 2006

 

WHEREAS, The Council of the Village of Beverly and surrounding community of Waterford Township desire to start renovation of the existing swimming pool on State Route 60 within the Village of Beverly , and

 

WHEREAS, the Village of Beverly desires to enter into the necessary contracts in order to complete the proposed project.

 

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village of Beverly, County of Washington, State of Ohio

 

             SECTION 1: Resolution 06-3 be rescinded and replaced by Resolution 06-4.

 

SECTION 2: That the Village of Beverly authorizes the Mayor and Fiscal Officer of the

Village of Beverly to enter into the necessary contracts in order to construct the proposed

swimming pool renovation.

 

SECTION 3: That the Village of Beverly authorizes the Mayor and Fiscal Officer of the

Village of Beverly to borrow the necessary funds from The Citizen’s Bank Co. in order to

construct the proposed swimming pool renovation.
